Keep the thermos away from direct heat to protect any plastic materials from damage. Before using the thermos, pre-fill for about 3 minutes, using either hot water for hot drinks or cold water for chilled drinks to ensure the optimal efficiency. Make sure the fastening cap is securely fastened during use, for the insulation to function optimally
