Notes:

1. Maison7 will process your orders Monday through Saturday excluding Sunday and public holidays.
2. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date.
3. For all shipments outside the UAE, you (the customer) are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority may charge.
4. Lighting and fragrances are currently not available for shipping outside the UAE. 

5. The cutoff time for SAME DAY delivery during Ramadan is 1 pm in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Sharjah.

6. The cutoff time for NEXT DAY delivery during Ramadan is 4 pm in all emirates. If NEXT DAY is selected after 4 pm, the order will be delivered within 48 hours.

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our Customer Service Team at +971569955151 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section for further information.
